All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Obtain an RMA Number

  Log in to your MSI Member Center account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific device.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely package the hardware in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and clearly affix it to the outside of your package, making sure the RMA number is visible for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
